This precision industrial-level overflow valve is compatible with the entire PV21-PV26 series of hydraulic main pumps. It is a core safety component for pressure control of piston pumps and is responsible for limiting the maximum working oil pressure of the entire hydraulic pump output circuit. It undertakes critical tasks such as overload relief, pressure stabilization, and oil circuit buffering. The PV series PV21, PV22, PV23, PV24, PV25, and PV26 are widely installed on medium-sized excavators, construction machinery, and mining hydraulic equipment of various brands. These equipment need to handle high-intensity working conditions such as earth and stone transportation, hard soil excavation, crushing operations, and heavy lifting. When the hydraulic pump frequently starts and stops and the load suddenly increases, the oil circuit is prone to generate shock-induced high-pressure peaks.

The valve body is formed by casting a high-strength wear-resistant alloy as a single piece.
