This threaded cartridge relief valve is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) high-pressure regulating accessory for the multi-way main control valve of the SANY SY365H 30-6 ton heavy-duty engineering excavator. It is a core precision pressure-bearing and vulnerable component in the machine's hydraulic control system, controlling the highest working pressure, overload pressure relief, and maintaining constant oil pressure output. The SANY SY365H is a widely used medium-to-large tonnage excavator, primarily used for heavy-duty work such as large-scale foundation pit excavation, surface soil and rock stripping in mines, slag transportation, hard soil crushing, river dredging, and mountain infrastructure construction. The operating environment is complex, frequently requiring the bucket to dig through hard soil layers, lift heavy materials, rotate fully loaded, and climb slopes. The hydraulic circuits are subjected to frequent alternating high-pressure impacts over long periods.

The relief valve body is integrally forged from high-toughness alloy steel, eliminating the need for ordinary sand-cast valve bodies. This avoids inherent defects such as casting porosity, sand holes, and loose material, enabling it to withstand continuous high-pressure impacts and machine vibration during construction operations.

Key components like the valve core and seat, which undergo frequent reciprocating sliding and are subjected to hydraulic pressure impacts, undergo a dual heat treatment process of quenching hardening and surface carburizing hardening. This results in sufficient surface wear resistance and hardness to resist abrasive wear from hard slag and metal debris inside the hydraulic oil, effectively extending the overall service life of the relief valve. The valve core mating positions are precisely machined using high-precision mirror grinding equipment, accurately controlling the scientifically reasonable assembly clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve. This ensures smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting, reducing the probability of valve core jamming, pressure regulation failure, and return-to-position jamming.

The hexagonal locking structure on the outer side of the valve body is thickened and reinforced, ensuring even force distribution on the wrench during maintenance and disassembly, reducing the likelihood of slippage or edge breakage. Multiple sealing points are equipped with high-pressure, high-temperature, and oil-corrosion-resistant fluororubber O-rings, relying on a multi-layer sealing structure to prevent impurities from entering the valve core cavity.
