Product Description
This model is a main overflow valve specifically designed for the E200B excavator. It is an indispensable core pressure control component in the entire hydraulic control system of the machine. It is also commonly referred to as the hydraulic main gun in the industry. It is directly assembled onto the main control distribution valve body and fully controls the peak working pressure of the entire hydraulic circuit.
In terms of material selection and fine processing, the E200B overflow valve is made entirely of high-strength alloy steel through a single forging process. The valve core undergoes quenching and precise grinding treatment, and the sealing cone surface of the valve seat is achieved with mirror-like precision processing. It can withstand the repeated erosion and impact of high-pressure oil and impurity particles day after day, and is less likely to have common problems such as cone surface scratches, pits, and internal leakage. The spring components are made of special spring steel resistant to high temperature and pressure, and after fatigue testing, they can maintain stable elasticity even when exposed to high-temperature hydraulic oil for a long time, without easily becoming weak, breaking, or experiencing pressure fluctuations. The valve body shell is precisely die-cast, and the installation holes are strictly in accordance with the original mold, with precise dimensional tolerances.
