The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This threaded cartridge relief valve is compatible with the hydraulic systems of various mainstream large and medium-sized construction machinery, covering valves for the AV280 main pump, ZAX450 large excavators, and Hyundai R215-9, R225-7, and R225-9 series medium-sized excavators. It is a core precision and easily worn component in multi-way valves, controlling the upper limit of oil pressure and providing hydraulic overload protection.

The valve body is integrally forged from high-toughness alloy steel, eliminating the need for ordinary sand casting and avoiding inherent defects such as porosity, sand holes, and loose material. It can withstand continuous oil pressure impacts under heavy-duty conditions.

Key reciprocating sliding pressure-bearing components such as the valve core and seat undergo a dual heat treatment process of quenching hardening and surface carburizing hardening. This results in sufficient surface hardness, excellent wear resistance, and impact resistance, resisting abrasive wear from metal debris and hard sediment within the hydraulic oil, thus extending the service life of the relief valve. The valve core mating position is precisely machined using high-precision CNC grinding equipment, strictly controlling the scientific assembly clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve to ensure smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting, reducing the probability of valve core jamming, return jamming, and pressure jamming.

The external hexagonal locking part is thickened, ensuring even force distribution on the wrench during maintenance and disassembly, preventing slippage and edge damage. Multiple sealing points are equipped with high-temperature resistant, oil corrosion resistant, and aging-resistant rubber O-rings, providing multi-layered sealing to prevent impurities from entering the valve core working area. The side pressure relief oil hole is CNC precision cut, with smooth, burr-free hole walls, ensuring smooth hydraulic oil flow, low eddy current loss, and minimal oil pressure pulsation. The valve body surface undergoes wear-resistant and rust-proof reinforcement treatment, making it resistant to rust and wear even under prolonged exposure to high-temperature hydraulic oil, dusty mining environments, and muddy construction sites. It can withstand the harsh conditions of heavy-duty mining operations on the Hitachi ZAX450 and all-weather outdoor construction on Hyundai series excavators.
