The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge-type relief valve is a dedicated pressure control valve for multi-way main control valves in all models of small and micro excavators. It is compatible with multiple mainstream models including EC27C, EC35C, EC35D, ECR25D, ECR35D, ECR38, ECR40D, and EC80. It is a core precision wear-prone component in the hydraulic control system, controlling the highest oil pressure, overload relief, and stabilizing working pressure.

The relief valve body is integrally forged from high-toughness alloy steel, eliminating the need for ordinary sand-cast valve bodies. This avoids inherent defects such as casting porosity, sand holes, material looseness, and internal burrs, allowing it to withstand the oil pressure shocks and machine vibrations caused by frequent operation of small excavators.

The valve core and seat, as key components that undergo high-frequency reciprocating sliding and withstand oil pressure shocks, undergo dual heat treatment processes including quenching hardening and surface carburizing hardening. The surface wear-resistant hardness meets standards, resisting abrasive wear caused by mud, sand, and metal shavings in the hydraulic oil, extending the overall service life of the components. The valve core mating area is precision-machined using high-precision mirror grinding equipment, accurately controlling the scientifically reasonable assembly clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve. This ensures smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting, reducing the probability of malfunctions such as valve core jamming, pressure regulation failure, and return jamming.

The pressure regulating lock nut at one end of the valve body is thickened and reinforced, ensuring even force distribution during maintenance and disassembly, reducing the likelihood of nut slippage or edge breakage. Multiple sealing grooves are fitted with high-pressure, high-temperature, and hydraulic oil corrosion-resistant fluororubber O-rings, relying on multi-layer sealing to prevent dust and impurities from entering the valve core cavity and preventing particle wear on sliding parts.
