It is a core hydraulic wear component in the overall machine's hydraulic control system, responsible for controlling the upper pressure limit and implementing overload protection. These three types of small and medium-sized engineering equipment are highly versatile, with wheeled excavators offering the advantage of flexible relocation. They are frequently used in urban road reconstruction, residential earthwork leveling, municipal pipeline excavation, farmland irrigation construction, factory infrastructure, and short-distance earthwork transportation. Key components like the valve core and seat, which are subjected to long-term pressure and reciprocating sliding motion, undergo a dual heat treatment process of quenching hardening and surface carburizing hardening. This results in sufficient surface hardness, excellent wear resistance, and impact resistance, effectively resisting abrasive wear from iron filings and hard impurities within the hydraulic oil, thus extending the overall service life of the relief valve.

The valve core mating parts are meticulously ground using high-precision CNC grinding equipment. Strict control of the scientifically reasonable assembly clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve ensures smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting, reducing the probability of troublesome malfunctions such as valve core jamming and return-to-position stuckness. The central hexagonal locking structure is thickened and reinforced, ensuring even force distribution on the wrench during maintenance and disassembly, preventing slippage and edge damage. Multiple sealing points are equipped with O-rings that are resistant to high temperatures, hydraulic oil corrosion, and aging, providing a multi-layered sealing structure to prevent dust and metal impurities from entering the valve core's working area.
