The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge relief valve is a dedicated pressure control component for the multi-way main control valve of the SANY SY750 large excavator. It is a core pressure-bearing and easily damaged component in the machine's high-pressure hydraulic system, limiting the upper limit of oil pressure, buffering overload pressure relief, and stabilizing system working pressure. The SY750 is a large-tonnage mining excavator, primarily used in high-intensity operations such as open-pit mining stripping, large rock extraction, stone loading, large foundation pit excavation, and mine spoil transportation.

The valve core and seat, as key components subjected to long-term pressure and reciprocating sliding operation, undergo dual heat treatment processes including quenching hardening and surface carburizing hardening. This results in sufficient surface wear resistance and hardness to resist abrasive damage from hard mineral fragments and metal impurities in the hydraulic oil, significantly extending the service life of the components.

The valve core mating area is precision-machined using high-precision mirror grinding equipment, accurately controlling the scientifically reasonable assembly clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve. This ensures smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting, reducing the probability of valve core jamming, pressure regulation failure, and return jamming. The pressure regulating locking nut at the tail of the valve body is thickened and reinforced, ensuring even wrench force during disassembly and repair at mining sites, reducing the risk of nut slippage or chipping. Multiple sealing grooves are fitted with fluororubber O-rings resistant to ultra-high pressure, high temperature, and hydraulic oil corrosion. These multi-layered seals prevent mine dust and metal shavings from entering the valve core cavity, preventing wear on the sliding contact surfaces from hard particles.

The multiple pressure relief oil holes at the valve head are precision-cut using CNC technology, resulting in smooth, burr-free hole walls. This minimizes high-pressure hydraulic oil flow resistance and reduces pressure pulsation. The valve body surface undergoes rust-proofing and wear-resistant treatment, ensuring that even after years of immersion in high-temperature hydraulic oil and exposure to the harsh environment of dusty, rock-strewn mines, the valve body remains resistant to rust and wear, making it suitable for the demanding, continuous, heavy-duty mining operations of the SANY SY750.
