Product Description

This multi-model universal relief valve is tailor-made for small and medium-sized excavators such as E70B, E307, E307B, E307C, and E308C. It is an internal core pressure control component of the multi-way distribution valve and is responsible for controlling the maximum working pressure of the entire hydraulic system and ensuring the safety protection of the entire hydraulic system. 

The valve body is made by a single-piece die-casting of high-strength aluminum alloy. The valve core, pressure regulating spring, and sealing components are all manufactured according to the specification parameters. The flange fixing holes, intermediate shaft structure, oil port specifications, and sealing ring grooves are fully compatible with the E70B old model and the updated E307B, E307C, and E308C multi-way valve mounting bases. 

The installation tolerances of the accessories are precise. Once installed, they can directly replace the old parts without the need to grind the valve body or modify the pipe hole positions, significantly reducing the maintenance and disassembly time of the equipment. The valve body has undergone pressure resistance strengthening treatment, and the valve core is precision-ground from alloy steel. It is combined with a high-temperature-resistant and wear-resistant nitrile rubber sealing component, which can withstand the long-term erosion of high-temperature hydraulic oil and isolate the valve core from the tiny mud and sand impurities in the oil, preventing the valve core from being scratched or jammed. Even when working in a damp, muddy, and dusty open-air construction site for a long time, it can still maintain the sensitivity of the valve core, less prone to valve body leakage, pressure deviation, and stuck and pressure relief faults, and can withstand the long-term, continuous, and high-intensity construction of the excavator.
