This precision relief valve is specifically designed to be compatible with PC40-7, PC40R-7, PC40T-7, and PC50UU-2 various mini excavators. It is an indispensable pressure safety control component inside the multi-way distribution valve of small excavators, regulating the maximum working oil pressure of the entire hydraulic system and undertaking the core responsibility of overloading pressure relief protection for the entire hydraulic system. Most 4-5 ton mini excavators are used in indoor demolition, garden renovation, municipal narrow road pipeline construction, rural foundation excavation, and basement narrow space operations. The working site has narrow space and a lot of debris, sand, and stones. During operations such as bucket digging hard soil, rapid extension of the small arm, and operation of the impact hammer, the oil circuit often experiences instantaneous high-pressure impacts.

The valve body is made by casting high-strength aluminum alloy as a whole.
