This JIS overflow valve is specially designed and manufactured for PC75-3, PC110R-1, PC75UD-3P, and PC75US-3P of various small and medium-sized excavators. It is an internal core pressure safety control component of the multi-way distribution valve, fully controlling the maximum working pressure of the entire hydraulic circuit and undertaking the core mission of overloading protection for the entire hydraulic system. Excavators of 7-11 ton class often engage in municipal pipeline construction, house foundation excavation, road crushing operations, narrow-space indoor demolition, and mountain terraced field cultivation, etc., and during operations such as cutting hard soil with the bucket, starting and stopping rotation, and lifting heavy loads, the hydraulic circuit is prone to instantaneous high-pressure shock.

The valve body main body is integrally cast from high-strength alloy material. The valve core, pressure regulating spring, and all sealing components are precisely processed in accordance with the original factory component parameters. The flange fixed installation holes, spline rotating shaft structure, inlet and outlet oil port specifications, and sealing groove dimensions are perfectly adapted to the basic version of PC75-3, wheel-type excavator PC110R-1, narrow-body version PC75UD-3P, and PC75US-3P compact excavators of multi-way valve valve seats.
