Product Description

This GVO high-quality overflow valve is the main control valve for the main gun pressure control component. It is fully compatible with the three mainstream 20-ton class excavators, E320B, E320C, and E320D. It is a core precision component in the hydraulic control system of the entire machine, responsible for pressure control and overload protection. It is directly installed on the valve body of the distribution valve and controls the maximum working oil pressure of the entire hydraulic circuit.

In terms of raw material selection and fine processing technology, the overflow valve bodies of E320B, E320C, and E320D are processed using a high-strength alloy aluminum-steel composite forging process. The overall structure is thick and resistant to pressure, capable of withstanding frequent oil pressure impacts over a long period. The valve core is made of high-hardness bearing alloy steel, which is treated through quenching and tempering, low-temperature tempering, and mirror surface precision grinding. The sealing cone surface of the valve seat is precisely machined to micrometer-level accuracy, capable of withstanding long-term erosion and impact from high-pressure hydraulic oil and metal impurities in the oil. The built-in pressure regulating spring is made of high-temperature-resistant and fatigue-resistant alloy spring steel. It has undergone tens of thousands of pressure shock aging tests.
