Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge relief valve is specifically designed and manufactured for the multi-way main control valves of Sany SY305-9 and SY485 large heavy-duty excavators. It is a core precision pressure-bearing component in the hydraulic system of large excavators, controlling maximum oil pressure, overload relief, and pressure stabilization. The SY305, a mainstream 30-ton class engineering excavator, is widely used for deep pit excavation, earthmoving, mountain land reclamation, and municipal infrastructure construction. The SY485, a 48-ton class heavy-duty mining excavator, is primarily used in high-intensity operations such as stone quarrying, mine stripping, and large-scale construction site earthmoving.

The relief valve body is integrally forged from high-toughness alloy steel, eliminating the need for ordinary sand casting. This avoids inherent defects such as casting porosity, sand holes, and material looseness, allowing it to withstand continuous high-pressure impacts and equipment vibrations under mining conditions.

Key components like the valve core and seat, which are subjected to long-term pressure and reciprocating sliding motion, undergo a dual heat treatment process of quenching hardening and surface carburizing quenching. This results in sufficient surface hardness, excellent wear resistance, and impact resistance, protecting against abrasive damage from hard metal fragments and mining impurities in the hydraulic oil, effectively extending the service life of the relief valve.

The valve core mating positions are precisely machined using high-precision CNC mirror grinding equipment. Strict control of the scientifically reasonable assembly clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve ensures smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting, significantly reducing the probability of valve core jamming, pressure regulation sticking, and slow return. The central hexagonal locking structure is thickened and reinforced, ensuring even force distribution on the wrench during maintenance and disassembly, preventing slippage and edge chipping. Multiple sealing points are equipped with high-temperature, high-pressure, and hydraulic oil corrosion-resistant fluororubber O-rings, providing multi-layered sealing to prevent dust and metal shavings from entering the valve core working cavity.
