This meticulously crafted relief valve is specifically designed for the ZX870-5G, a large excavator equipped with the HPK300 hydraulic main pump. It is a crucial pressure safety component in the overall multi-channel control valve system, regulating the maximum working oil pressure of the HPK300 main pump and bearing the responsibility of overloading protection for the entire heavy-duty hydraulic system. As a large-tonnage engineering equipment, the ZX870-5G has long been engaged in mining quarrying, large-scale transportation of earth and rock, hard rock excavation, and heavy-load loading, where the hydraulic oil circuit often experiences extremely strong instantaneous high pressure when the bucket bites hard rocks, the arm lifts heavy loads, and the slewing mechanism starts and stops rapidly.

The valve body is formed by a single piece of high-strength wear-resistant alloy casting. The valve core, pressure regulating spring, pressure-bearing base, and all sets of sealing components are precisely machined according to the parameters of the original factory's HPK300 hydraulic pump relief valve. The flange installation positioning holes, built-in spline structure, oil passage diameter, and sealing groove size are fully compatible with the valve seat of the ZX870-5G multi-channel valve. The processing tolerances of the accessories are rigorous and precise, and the installation holes are precisely matched to the original vehicle base.
