Product Description

The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Product Introduction

This relief valve is specifically designed for the hydraulic systems of Komatsu PC60-7 and PC70-7 mini excavators. It is a single-circuit overload safety valve that can independently control the pressure of the boom, stick, or breaker branch circuits. The top adjustment structure allows for precise calibration of the relief pressure, matching the original hydraulic standards of the machine model.

1. Whole Machine Hydraulic Protection: Limits the maximum working pressure of the circuit. When overloaded during excavation of hard soil or rocks, it immediately overflows to relieve pressure, protecting the main pump, cylinders, and distribution valves, significantly reducing the cost of high-cost hydraulic overhauls.

2. Durable and High-Strength Manufacturing Process: The valve body is integrally hardened, wear-resistant and impact-resistant, with a built-in high-temperature resistant spring.
