Product Description

This gear pump, designed for E304C, KX151, KX155, and KX161 small excavators, is a crucial power accessory in the hydraulic supply circuit of the entire machine. It usually performs the functions of primary oil supply and supplementary oil pressurization, providing stable and sufficient primary oil pressure to the control handle and control valve group, directly determining the control feel and response speed of each action of the excavator.

The main body shell of the pump is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and is formed by a single-piece die-casting process. The raw material undergoes aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, and then is precisely machined by a five-axis CNC machine to ensure the positional tolerance accuracy of the pump cavity, effectively avoiding the problems of shell deformation and oil leakage from the oil ports when the pump shell is subjected to oil pressure for a long time.

The tooth surface has high hardness and smoothness, and the gear meshing clearance is strictly controlled, significantly reducing friction loss during high-speed rotation of the gears and reducing tooth surface wear, cracking, and scratches; the drive spline shaft is also strengthened with wear-resistant treatment, which can withstand the torque impact caused by frequent forward and reverse rotations and is less likely to experience spline flattening, slipping, or idle rotation.
