Product Description

This hydraulic main pump is the power core assembly of the hydraulic system for E374F and E390F large-sized excavators. It is specially designed for the demanding working conditions of heavy-duty mining excavators. All the high-pressure hydraulic oil required for all hydraulic actions of the entire equipment is provided by this piston pump. It converts the mechanical energy output by the engine into high-power hydraulic energy, and supplies high-flow high-pressure oil to the boom, bucket arm, bucket, slewing assembly and traveling motor. The impact force of the entire machine during excavation, the output power during heavy-load operations, the smoothness of compound actions, and the power matching capability all depend on the operating state of the hydraulic pump.

This hydraulic pump adopts a single-piece structure of a high-power dual piston pump. The pump housing is integrally cast from high-strength alloy cast iron and undergoes strict stress-relieving treatment to be able to withstand the high-frequency and high-pressure impact in mining conditions, avoiding risks such as shell deformation and cracking.
