It plays a crucial role in limiting the maximum working pressure of the entire hydraulic system, establishing a robust overload protection line for the entire hydraulic circuit.

The valve body is made of high-strength alloy steel and is forged as a whole. It undergoes quenching and tempering treatment, resulting in a high overall structural strength. It has outstanding resistance to impact and the ability to withstand high-pressure hydraulic fluid erosion. The valve core and valve seat are processed using high-precision matching grinding technology, achieving a micron-level precise clearance, which ensures that the valve component responds sensitively and rapidly during overload relief, while maintaining a tight closure during normal operating conditions, minimizing internal leakage of the valve component and avoiding unnecessary system power loss.

The working surface of the valve core is strengthened for wear resistance, capable of withstanding scratches and erosion caused by metal impurities in the hydraulic oil. The entire sealing assembly uses high-quality, high-pressure-resistant, and anti-hydraulic oil-corrosion sealing rings, suitable for the wide working temperature range of medium-sized excavators.
