This plug-in relief valve, designed for use with PC300-7, PC300-8, PC350-7, and PC350-8 excavators, is an essential pressure protection component within the distribution valve. It is responsible for the critical functions of limiting, stabilizing, and overloading relief in the main hydraulic system, directly controlling the maximum working pressure of the entire machine, and significantly influencing the digging force, lifting capacity, and rotational output torque. 

The valve body is made from high-strength alloy steel and is formed through a single-piece processing by a precision CNC lathe. The valve core undergoes quenching hardening, surface strengthening treatment, and ultra-precision mating grinding. It has a high surface hardness and outstanding wear resistance and scratch resistance, capable of withstanding long-term wear damage caused by iron particles and hard impurities in the hydraulic oil. This effectively reduces the probability of valve core sticking and high-pressure leakage. The valve core and valve sleeve are precisely machined using a micron-level precision matching process, with strict control of the mating gap. This ensures that the valve core responds sensitively and smoothly under high-pressure impact, while also minimizing the internal leakage of high-pressure oil and maintaining a stable and reliable pressure-holding effect. The internal pressure-regulating spring is made of high-elasticity alloy spring steel and undergoes multiple rounds of continuous high-pressure fatigue cycle tests. It is unlikely to undergo plastic deformation under repeated relief shock conditions, and its elastic force decays slowly, maintaining a stable and non-oscillating pressure setting value during long-term operation.
