Product Description

The EC360B main control valve serves as the core control center of the excavator's entire hydraulic system, overseeing the distribution of oil flow, flow regulation, and pressure control for all hydraulic actuators in the machine. It directly controls the coordinated operation of the boom, dipper, bucket, rotation, and movement of the entire machine. The distribution valve precisely delivers high-pressure oil from the hydraulic pump to each actuating cylinder and motor, enabling single-action operations and compound collaborative work. The performance of the excavator, including digging force, operational sensitivity, smoothness of operation, and overall working efficiency, all depend on the working condition of this main control valve.

The valve body is made of high-strength castings and is manufactured through a series of complex processes including precision casting, deep hole machining, high-pressure cleaning, and valve core matching and grinding. Many valve core channels in the valve body undergo high-precision honing treatment.
