This hydraulic main pump is the core assembly of the hydraulic power system for E374F and E390FL large-scale mining excavators. As the power heart of the entire hydraulic system, it is responsible for converting the mechanical energy output by the engine into high-pressure hydraulic oil with large flow rate, providing sufficient power oil sources for the boom, bucket arm, bucket, slewing mechanism and traveling motor. All the excavation force, lifting capacity, slewing and traveling movements of the large mining machine are achieved through this main pump. The heavy-load excavation power, smoothness of combined operations, power matching characteristics and fuel performance of the equipment are directly dependent on the operating state of the hydraulic pump.

This hydraulic pump adopts an integrated structure of a high-power dual-axial piston pump. The pump body is equipped with a complete set of original factory specifications load-sensitive variable regulation mechanism. It can adjust the output displacement of the dual pumps in real time based on the hydraulic load signal, perfectly matching the load-sensitive control system of the entire machine, accurately achieving power matching between the engine and the hydraulic pump, significantly improving the phenomenon of engine stall and speed drop during hard rock excavation, and balancing the powerful excavation torque output and fuel economy, fully adapting to continuous high-intensity operation conditions such as mining stone, large-scale earthwork excavation, and heavy-load loading.
