The core mating pair of the valve core and valve seat has undergone quenching and heat treatment as well as ultra-precision grinding treatment, effectively enhancing the surface hardness and anti-shock, anti-wear performance. It can resist the scratches and wear caused by impurity particles in the hydraulic oil, significantly reducing the failure probability of valve core sticking and sealing surface damage. The entire set of sealing components uses special sealing parts that are resistant to high pressure and aging under high and low temperatures. They can adapt to the harsh working conditions of EC460 under repeated changes in oil temperature during long-term heavy-load operations. Under frequent pressure impacts, they can prevent external leakage of oil from the valve body and internal pressure leakage from the inside.
