The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with PC750-6 PC800-7 excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Suitable for the high-pressure hydraulic conditions of excavators, it effectively prevents internal leakage, pressure loss, operational instability, and vibration.

Product Introduction

This overflow valve is suitable for PC750-6 and PC800-7 large-scale mining excavators. It is the core pressure protection component of the multi-way distribution valve assembly and is specifically designed and manufactured for the heavy-duty hydraulic systems of these two large-tonnage models. 

The valve body is precisely machined from high-strength alloy steel by CNC, and is hardened through quenching treatment. The valve core and valve seat are precisely matched and ground, featuring outstanding resistance to high-pressure shock. It can withstand repeated alternating hydraulic peak loads in harsh working conditions such as mining and large-scale earthwork excavation for long periods. 

The core function of the overflow valve is to limit the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic circuit. When the loading and excavation load suddenly exceeds the limit, the valve component quickly opens to release pressure, protecting expensive hydraulic components such as the main hydraulic pump, multi-way valve, and cylinder, and preventing major damages such as system overload rupture and valve core damage. The product is equipped with oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant sealing components, which do not age or leak easily in the high-temperature hydraulic oil environment during long-term continuous operation. The pressure response is stable during cold and hot machine operation, effectively improving common faults of the PC750-6 and PC800-7 models, such as insufficient overall machine operation, engine stall due to lack of pressure, abnormal overflow noise, and system pressure drift.
