Product Description

The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with R220 LC-9S  R290LC-9 R290LC-9MH  excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Suitable for the high-pressure hydraulic conditions of excavators, it effectively prevents internal leakage, pressure loss, operational instability, and vibration.

Product Introduction

This set of overflow valve assembly is specially designed for the multi-way distribution valve of R220LC-9S, R290LC-9, and R290LC-9MH excavators. It is a core pressure control component of the hydraulic system and is also often used as a maintenance kit for the boom hold-up valve. 

The entire set of components is complete, including valve sleeves, valve needles, pressure regulating springs, sealing plugs and sealing gaskets. Once received, these can be directly used for disassembling and replacing old valves without the need to purchase additional parts. The valve body is precisely machined from high-alloy steel, and the valve core undergoes quenching hardening and mirror surface grinding processes. The surface hardness is high, which can resist continuous erosion by high-pressure hydraulic oil and effectively reduce scratches and jamming caused by impurities. The matching oil-resistant and high-temperature rubber sealing ring maintains stable sealing ability even in the high-temperature hydraulic environment during long-term continuous operation, preventing internal leakage and slow pressure relief. The overflow valve precisely controls the working pressure of the hydraulic circuit, providing overload protection and load locking functions. It specifically addresses common faults such as the sinking of the excavator's boom, insufficient lifting force, system pressure fluctuations, and abnormal overflow sounds.
