The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with PC200-5 PC200LC-5 PC210-5 PC220-5 excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

Product Introduction

This main relief valve is compatible with the main control distribution valves of PC200-5, PC210-5, and PC220-5 excavators. As the main gun of the entire hydraulic system, it is responsible for limiting the maximum system pressure and providing overload protection, directly determining the digging force, rotation force, and walking power output of the entire machine. This valve is the core protection component of the entire hydraulic circuit. Once its performance deteriorates, typical faults such as insufficient digging force, inability to reach the required pressure, jitter in compound actions, and pressure drop during warm-up will occur. The valve core is manufactured using a high-precision outer circle grinding process, combined with precise clearance, and is equipped with a reinforced anti-fatigue pressure regulating spring and high-pressure sealing components. In harsh working conditions with high-temperature hydraulic oil and contaminated oil, it effectively reduces the risks of valve core scratching, jamming, and internal leakage. During heavy-load digging and crushing operations, the valve core responds quickly, discharges pressure sensitively, and maintains stable pressure output, without experiencing fluctuations in pressure.
