The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with R55 R60 excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

Product Introduction

This is the overflow valve for R55 and R60 excavators. It can be directly interchanged with the original position without any modification. It solves problems such as offloading, single-action weakness, and pressure attenuation during hot start. The hydraulic calibration is carried out on a test bench and the valve is factory-assembled. It is suitable for both crawler and wheeled small excavators for maintenance and replacement. 

Each finished overflow valve undergoes professional hydraulic testing on a dedicated test bench. It completes tests such as high-pressure pressure resistance test, pressure calibration verification, internal leakage detection, and multiple cycles of opening and closing durability test.
