The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with R210LC R220LC R290LC-9 excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Suitable for the high-pressure hydraulic conditions of excavators, it effectively prevents internal leakage, pressure loss, operational instability, and vibration.

Product Introduction

This overflow valve assembly is specifically developed for the hydraulic systems of modern R210LC, R220LC, and R290LC-9 excavators. It is the core pressure control component of the multi-way distribution valve and is also commonly used as the main arm retention valve assembly. 

The complete set includes valve sleeve, valve pin, pressure regulating spring, sealing plug and gasket. No additional parts are required for replacement. The original damaged valve components can be directly replaced. The product is precisely machined from high-hardness alloy steel. The valve core surface is treated with quenching and wear-resistant processing, effectively resisting the erosion of high-pressure hydraulic oil and reducing the risk of wear and jamming. The imported oil-resistant sealing ring is provided as a companion, maintaining stable sealing performance under long-term high-temperature conditions and eliminating internal leakage and pressure instability faults. This overflow valve precisely controls the pressure of the hydraulic circuit, stabilizes the locking pressure of the main arm, and solves common problems such as arm dropping, weak movement, unstable pressure, and abnormal overflow noise in excavators.
