The valve body is machined from high-toughness alloy steel and undergoes strict quenching and tempering heat treatment, resulting in high overall strength. It is not prone to deformation under high-pressure conditions of large-sized machines. The friction surface between the valve core and the valve sleeve is processed by ultra-precision mirror grinding technology, and the sealing position of the valve orifice is strengthened by hardening treatment to resist the erosion of high-pressure oil and reduce wear caused by oil impurities, minimizing internal leakage.
