The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with PC60-6  excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Product Introduction

PC60-6 excavator relief valve, main distribution valve overload protection cartridge valve. Alloy steel precision machined valve body, valve core hardened for enhanced wear resistance, sealing components resistant to aging and preventing internal leakage. It is used to limit the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system, achieve overload protection, and fix faults such as weak digging force, unstable system pressure, and loud overflow noise in the excavator. 

This series of older excavators have been subjected to long-term high-frequency pressure-bearing operations. The original vehicle's relief valve is prone to valve core wear and damage, internal spring fatigue and attenuation, and aging of sealing rings, which can subsequently cause problems such as weak digging force, inability to establish system pressure, and continuous loud overflow noise. This model of relief valve optimizes the processing accuracy of the valve core, reduces the risk of valve jamming caused by hydraulic impurities, has stable internal spring force, and sensitive pressure response; it is equipped with high-temperature and low-temperature resistant sealing components, effectively extending the service life of the valve components. The valve component installation dimensions are fully aligned with the original factory, and during maintenance, it can be directly disassembled and replaced without modifying the pipelines, quickly restoring the excavator's digging power. Compared to replacing the entire distribution valve group, it significantly reduces maintenance costs and is the preferred replacement part for hydraulic maintenance of small-sized classic models.
