The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with PC600-8 PC800-8 PC1110-8 excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

Product Introduction

This overflow valve is suitable for PC400-5, PC600-6, PC750-7, and PC800-6 classic medium-large-sized excavators. It is a crucial hydraulic pressure protection component in the multi-way distribution valve assembly and has been specially developed based on the hydraulic system characteristics of this series of older models. 

The valve body is formed by a single piece of high-strength alloy steel through CNC turning. It undergoes quenching and hardening treatment, and the valve core and valve seat are precisely matched and ground. It has excellent resistance to high-pressure shock and can withstand the repeated alternating hydraulic peak loads in heavy-duty mining and large-scale earthwork stripping operations for a long time. The core function of the overflow valve is to limit the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic circuit. When the loading of the digging and loading equipment suddenly exceeds the limit, the valve component can quickly open to release pressure, protecting expensive hydraulic components such as the main hydraulic pump, multi-way valve, and hydraulic cylinder, and effectively avoiding severe damage such as system overload rupture and valve core damage. The matching oil seal components are resistant to oil and high temperatures, and are not prone to aging and leakage in the long-term continuous operation of high-temperature hydraulic oil. The pressure response is stable in both cold and hot engine operating conditions.
