The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with EX200 EX300-2 excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. This relief valve is suitable for EX200 and EX300-2 excavators. It is an integral pressure control valve integrated within the main distribution valve. As the core overload protection component of the hydraulic system, it is responsible for limiting the maximum pressure of the system and quickly discharging the pressure when the load exceeds the limit, thereby protecting the entire hydraulic system from damage. 

The valve body is precisely machined from high-quality alloy steel, and the valve core is hardened by quenching and then polished to a mirror finish. The surface has high smoothness, which is resistant to the erosion and wear caused by hydraulic oil impurities, effectively reducing faults such as valve core scratching, jamming, and pressure drift. It is equipped with multiple sets of oil-resistant O-rings, ensuring stable and reliable sealing performance under long-term high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions. This helps to avoid problems such as internal leakage, pressure drop, and unstable pressure. 

The relief valve can precisely control the working pressure of the hydraulic circuit. When the excavation load exceeds the set value, it automatically opens the relief valve, protecting the hydraulic pump and multi-way valve from damage caused by high-pressure impacts. It can solve common hydraulic faults such as insufficient digging power, insufficient pressure build-up, excessive relief noise, and slow compound actions of the excavator.
