This rotary relief valve, designed for the R210VS, R215VS, and R225VS series excavators, is a core plug-in pressure protection component for the hydraulic circuit of the rotary motor in the VS series machines. It is directly installed inside the valve chamber of the rotary motor and plays a crucial role in limiting the pressure of the rotary circuit, releasing overload pressure, and buffering the braking of the rotary motion. 

This relief valve can quickly respond to instantaneous high pressure and promptly discharge the excess oil, stabilizing the pressure of the rotary system within the original factory calibration range. It buffers the pressure peaks caused by vehicle inertia, avoiding abnormal high pressure directly impacting the hydraulic components such as the pump housing, flow distributor, piston, bearings, and main control distribution valve, which are expensive hydraulic parts. This effectively reduces the risk of high-pressure erosion and abnormal wear of the internal components of the motor, protecting the entire rotary hydraulic assembly and ensuring the smooth and stable rotary operation of the entire machine, significantly reducing the probability of major overhaul of the rotary system.
