The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with PC2000-8 excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

Product Introduction

This overflow valve is the core pressure protection component of the PC2000-8 large-scale excavator hydraulic distribution valve assembly. It is specially developed for the PC2000-8 model hydraulic system in heavy-duty mining conditions. 

The valve body is forged from high-strength alloy steel as a single piece, and undergoes overall quenching hardening and precise matching and grinding of the valve core and valve seat. It can withstand high-pressure impacts and is capable of withstanding the continuous peak loads of mining operations. The overflow valve is responsible for limiting the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic circuit. When the loading during excavation and loading exceeds the limit suddenly, the valve component quickly opens to release pressure, protecting expensive hydraulic components such as the main hydraulic pump, distribution valve, and large hydraulic cylinder, and preventing system overload, burst pipes, and component damage. The accompanying high-temperature and oil-resistant sealing components are not prone to aging and leakage in the high-temperature hydraulic oil environment during long-term continuous operation. The pressure response is stable in both cold and hot machine operation states, effectively solving common faults of the PC2000-8 model, such as insufficient overall machine operation, engine stall due to lack of air, abnormal overflow noise, and system pressure drift.
