The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with PC120-5 PC150 PC200 PC220 excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. The valve body is forged from high-quality alloy steel as a single piece. The valve core undergoes quenching hardening and precise grinding treatment, resulting in a high surface finish. It can resist continuous erosion by hydraulic oil impurities, reducing valve core scratches, jams, and sluggish movements. It is also equipped with an oil-resistant and aging-resistant O-ring, which maintains reliable sealing even under long-term high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions, effectively preventing system leakage and pressure drop. The relief valve can precisely set the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic circuit. When the excavation load exceeds the rated range, it automatically overflows to unload, protecting the hydraulic pump and multi-way valve from being damaged by high-pressure impacts. It can solve classic hydraulic faults such as the inability of the excavator's entire mechanism to move, inability to generate pressure, abnormal overflow noise, and uncoordinated compound actions. Each product undergoes pressure calibration on the hydraulic test bench before leaving the factory. The opening pressure and reset response performance are compared with the original factory parameters. The thread specifications and installation dimensions are fully compatible with the valve holes of the original vehicle.
