This swashplate relief valve, designed for R480LC-9, R520LC-9, and R455-7 heavy-duty excavators, is a core pressure protection component of the hydraulic circuit for large-sized rotary motors. It adopts an insert-type installation structure and is directly assembled inside the valve chamber of the rotary motor. It plays a crucial role in limiting the pressure of the rotation system, releasing overload pressure, and providing braking buffer. 

The valve body is forged from high-toughness alloy steel and undergoes a complete quenching and tempering heat treatment process. It has high overall strength and excellent resistance to high-pressure impact and deformation. It is perfectly suitable for high-pressure hydraulic conditions of large-sized machines. The working surfaces of the valve core and valve sleeve are machined with high-precision mirror finish, and the sealing position of the valve orifice is hardened.
