CAT 311 series excavators are widely used for municipal engineering, slope trimming, small-scale quarry and road repair projects. Long-term muddy water immersion, continuous gravel friction and frequent walking impact will cause ordinary aftermarket top rollers to produce track shaking, track sagging, internal seal oil leakage and shaft stuck. This roller is manufactured to fit medium-load working conditions and maintain stable long-term operation.
Adopt one-piece integral forging steel blank to avoid structural crack risks. Standard dual heat treatment is adopted: quenching improves surface hardness to resist abrasive wear from sediment and gravel; tempering eliminates internal machining residual stress to prevent roller shell rupture under repeated impact loads. All mounting holes and matching contact surfaces are processed by high-precision CNC machine tools, with overall machining error controlled within 0.01mm, fully matching original CAT factory installation dimensions.
