HEAVY DUTY MUD SIEVE BUCKET AVAILABLE FOR 1T - 50T+

This innovative design is far more robust, processes material faster, and is more impervious to wear than any other bucket in its class. Our Sieve Buckets use a thick tensile interlock screen that is recessed deep into the torsion beam, lip, and cross bracings. In addition, the horizontal sieve bars and bucket frame are integrated with high tensile strength. Advantageously, this limits cracking and protects the weld while abrasive materials flow through.

4. ELONGATED & INTEGRATED EAR PLATES

The ears extend down around the backplate to provide more strength and explosive power over traditional designs.

5. LARGER REINFORCED WELDS

More robust construction is guaranteed by ultrasonic testing of welds to ensure no microscopic discontinuities, differentiating us from other suppliers.

6. PIN QUALITY

Made of 1045 high-quality carbon steel that has undergone quenching and tempering processes, ensuring durability.
