The long arm of the excavator is made of Q355B steel, which has good strength and rigidity. The shaft sleeve of the extension arm is generally made of 45# steel, lined with a 40Cr bushing, and the lubrication effect of butter reduces the shear force generated by the frequent rotation of the shaft and the shaft sleeve, thereby prolonging the service life of the extended arm. The shaft sleeve is enlarged. Using a selection of the toughest wear-resistant steels, we can produce excavator long arms for Cat, Demag, Doosan, Hitachi, Hyundai, JCB, Kobelco, Komatsu, Liebherr, Volvo, and other popular brands.
Material: big, small arm and bucket are Shaogang q355b, the iron pipe on the arm is national standard strict seamless pipe, the pin shaft is 40Cr, the high-pressure hose is a joint-venture pipe with 4 layers of steel rings, the grease pipe is a single-layer hose, and the bushing driven into the base of the boom is graphite alloy copper sleeve.
