Description


This product is a complete speed control system consisting of StG 16-01 fuel actuator and DC6 DC digital control module. It is specially designed for Perkins 4006 series diesel engines, fully matching BasicSystem E16 control system and 680/102 rated voltage specification.
The blue fuel actuator is the core driving component of engine fuel rack, which accurately controls fuel injection supply volume. The matched DC6 digital control unit realizes engine closed-loop speed regulation, throttle signal acquisition, actuator closed-loop position drive, dynamic load compensation and shutdown safety protection functions.
The whole system is pre-matched and calibrated before delivery. Installation holes, electrical wiring and communication protocols are fully compatible with original factory control system, supporting direct plug-and-play replacement without modification. It effectively solves engine idle jitter, speed drift, unstable speed regulation, overspeed faults and other issues. Widely used in speed control scenarios of Perkins 4006 engines for diesel generator sets and industrial power equipment. The product is equipped with visible fuel opening scale dial, anti-vibration dust-proof sealed design, suitable for long-term continuous industrial operation, with stable operation and longer service life.

Performance


This product is specially applicable to Perkins 4006 series diesel engines, adopting StG 16-01 actuator model and matching BasicSystem E16 control system with rated 680/102 voltage specification. The supporting control part is DC6 DC digital speed governor controller, which works under 24VDC power supply. It supports full-range linear closed-loop fuel regulation from 0 to 100%. The core functions include engine closed-loop speed regulation, fuel rack position control, dynamic load compensation, idle speed stabilization and shutdown safety protection. The product is equipped with CAN bus communication interface, analog setpoint signal interface, multi-channel digital IO interface and actuator drive output interface. It adopts fully sealed dust-proof and moisture-proof protection structure with industrial grade anti-vibration performance.
