The 1G381-01014 Cylinder Block is a core bearing component for Kubota V3800 and V3800-T series diesel engines. As the installation base of the engine power mechanism, it adopts an integral cast iron structure, which precisely matches the 4-cylinder arrangement of the engine. The cylinder block has reserved standard cylinder bores, crankshaft bearing seats and oil passages, with dimensional parameters fully complying with Kubota's original technical specifications, and can be directly used for cylinder block replacement during engine overhaul.
It is compatible with Kubota mainstream models such as V3800-DI-T and V3800-E3B, and widely used in small excavators, tractors, generator sets and construction machinery. It can effectively solve problems such as cracks in the original cylinder block, cylinder bore wear, and bearing seat deformation, providing a solid guarantee for the stable power output of the engine.

Full-Working-Condition Adaptation, Good Stability: Compatible with V3800-T turbocharged models, with excellent high-temperature and high-pressure resistance, and can maintain stable performance under high-temperature and high-load working conditions, suitable for complex operating environments.
Material Performance: Made of HT250 high-strength gray cast iron, tensile strength ≥250MPa, Brinell hardness 180-220HB, high temperature resistance up to 400℃, impact toughness ≥15J/cm².
Sealing Performance: The cylinder block water jacket and oil passage have no leakage after 1.2MPa pressure test, and the flatness error ≤0.05mm/100mm, ensuring sealing reliability.
