The 485-9752 DEF Injection Kit is a customized core after-treatment component set designed exclusively for CAT C15 and C18 series engines complying with Euro IV emission standards. Its primary function is to accurately inject Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF, also known as urea solution) to undergo Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) with nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the engine exhaust, efficiently converting them into harmless nitrogen and water vapor. This ensures the engine stably meets Euro IV environmental regulations. Strictly adhering to CAT's original technical specifications, the product features a structural design that perfectly matches the after-treatment system of C15 and C18 engines. It offers easy installation and excellent compatibility, serving as a direct replacement for aging or faulty original kits to restore the engine's exhaust treatment performance. It is applicable to construction machinery, heavy-duty trucks, and other scenarios equipped with this series of engines.
