The 349-6519 and 20R-1312 electric motor assemblies are dedicated start motors engineered for CAT 349E and 352F large excavators, serving as the critical power source for engine ignition. Manufactured in strict accordance with CAT’s OE technical specifications, the start motor is tailored to the harsh working conditions of large excavators—including high dust, vibration, and temperature fluctuations (-30°C to 60°C). Each unit undergoes rigorous performance testing, including load torque measurement, startup frequency verification, and waterproof and dustproof testing, ensuring seamless compatibility with the electrical system and engine of 349E/352F excavators. It effectively avoids common faults such as weak startup, failure to engage gears, and burnout caused by mismatched or low-quality start motors.
