This product is an Air Breather Filter with the part number 339-1048 (3391048), a core wearing part custom-designed for the engine of CAT 320GC and 336GC excavators. Pressure Balance, Protecting System Components:Built-in precision pressure regulation structure, while ensuring the filtering effect, it can real-time balance the air pressure difference between the engine crankcase and the outside, avoiding oil seal aging and oil emulsification caused by negative pressure, as well as seal deformation caused by positive pressure, extending the service life of the engine and hydraulic system.
Performance
Filtration Performance:Initial filtration efficiency ≥99.5% (for particles above 1μm), dust holding capacity ≥50g. Under continuous filtration conditions, it can still maintain stable filtration effect when the resistance rises to 1.2kPa, ensuring the cleanliness of engine intake air.
Airflow Resistance:Initial airflow resistance ≤0.3kPa, much lower than the industry standard of 0.5kPa, ensuring smooth air circulation, without affecting the engine's intake efficiency due to the filter structure, and avoiding power loss.
Structural Strength:The shell compressive strength ≥1.5MPa, which can withstand strong vibration and impact during excavator operation. The bonding strength between filter material and skeleton ≥5N/cm, no delamination or deformation in high temperature and high humidity environment.
Chemical Resistance:Resistant to erosion by engine oil mist, hydraulic oil vapor and common industrial pollutants. The filter material has excellent chemical stability, and no material degradation or filtration performance attenuation will occur during the normal service life.
Service Life:Under standard working conditions (ambient dust concentration ≤10mg/m³), the service life can reach 2000 hours; under harsh and dusty working conditions (dust concentration ≤50mg/m³), the service life is not less than 800 hours, which is much higher than similar general-purpose filters.
