HT Excavator Mechanical Orange Peel Grapple usually applied to grab stone, steel scrap, working in junkyard, construction site and so on. Hardness wear material in the top of dingers. Whole body adopts Q355b, most widely used steel for excavtor buckets, grabs.etc, from top level steel maker with all the quality inspection material. The HT Mechanical Orange Peel Grab Grab could be divided into several types, from 3 ton to 50 ton, which can fit different requirements. Moreover, the claw number includes 4 pieces and 5 pieces, the interval space between each claw is also customizable, according to your requirements.
1. Driven by hydraulic cylinder. Every grab is driven by a separate cylinder.
2. Cylinder's pistons are well protected by steel plate preventing them from being damaged.
3. Oil hose are protected by steel shroud.
4. The cutting edge can be teeth made of cast steel or a welded patch made of wear-resistant steel.
5. Made of Q355B steel (Same as Japan-490 steel)
