When standard digging buckets are not enough for your working conditions, a heavy duty bucket offers a reinforced option for more demanding excavation and loading tasks.
Huitong supplies customized HD buckets for excavators working with dense soil, compacted clay, loose rock and gravel. Different bucket sizes and protective configurations are available to match machine requirements and site conditions.
Bucket capacity should be selected according to excavator size, material density, loading requirements and the available machine configuration. Both capacity and mounting dimensions can be tailored to the customer's requirements.
The bucket features a diamond folded upper section and overlapping plates in key structural areas. These design elements help strengthen the bucket structure and manage stress during digging and loading operations.
Depending on the working environment, the bucket can be supplied with reinforced bottom plates, side protection, thicker steel plates and optional cutting edge or tooth protection. The final wear package can be selected based on the expected material and abrasion level.
Different excavators require different pin dimensions, mounting widths and linkage arrangements. We can review your machine information and discuss a direct mounting or quick coupler solution where applicable.
Designed for demanding construction and earthmoving applications, including compacted ground, abrasive soil, loose rock and gravel. For intensive quarrying or highly abrasive rock, a severe duty or rock bucket may be more appropriate.
