| 2.High‑power starting output: Rated 24 V, 8.5 kW, delivers sufficient torque for heavy‑duty diesel engines under cold‑start and low‑temperature conditions. |
| 3.Gear meshing & disengagement: The drive pinion slides forward to mesh with engine flywheel ring gear during startup. Once the engine ignites and runs faster, the pinion retracts automatically to avoid being over‑driven and damaged by the spinning flywheel. |
| 4.Solenoid control: Built‑in solenoid acts as a switch. It receives electric signal from ignition key, pushes out pinion mechanically and closes the main heavy‑current circuit to supply power to starter motor. |
