The elastic coupling is more important in the appliion process and is suitable for different types of coaxial transmission systems. The working principle of the elastic coupling is to install an integral elastic ring between the protruding claws of the two half couplings with the same shape. between the two halves of the coupling. Elastic couplings are widely used in water pumps, oil pumps, machine tools and other industries. The power is transmitted through the extrusion between the convex claw and the elastic ring, and the relative offset of the two shafts is compensated by the elastic deformation of the elastic ring to achieve vibration reduction and buffering. The elastic coupling is stable and reliable in operation, and has excellent vibration damping, buffering and electrical insulation functions.
When the elastic coupling is drilling, there is a downward axial force and a torsion force. At the same time, the outer end of the elastic coupling also needs to have a positioning, because the end face and the processing end face of the coupling need to be on a three-dimensional, otherwise the drill bit will deviate from the axis when drilling. There are 4 clamping devices with reinforcing ribs welded on the base of the tooling. This device can be adjusted by adjusting the nut to suit the adjustment range of different types of coupling coats to compress the two half-couplings. The device can flow on the base of the tooling, and the combined coupling drilling and reaming processing can be completed, and the processing effect can be achieved.
The curved surface of the elastic coupling is to reduce the interference of the centrifugal force when the inertia restricts the high-speed operation. The zero-clearance claw coupling is composed of two non-metallic bushings and a one-degree plum-blossom inertial distance body. The difference between the plum blossom inertia coupling and the slider coupling is that the plum blossom coupling is driven by extrusion, while the slider coupling is driven by shear force; the axial deviation is moved in order to extend the length of the coupling. Service life, when using the coupling elastic coupling, the shaft center deviation exceeds the allowable value, and the elastic coupling may be deformed, resulting in a shortened service life.
