Boring Machine - Function & Operation Description
Function
This boring machine is specially used for repairing worn hinge holes and pin shaft holes of construction machinery. It solves problems such as excessive clearance, looseness, shaking, and abnormal noise on the boom, arm, bucket rod, and frame ear holes of excavators.
It performs precise hole expanding and reshaping to restore hole accuracy and concentricity. It effectively prolongs the service life of pin shafts and mechanical parts, and avoids frequent damage caused by unreasonable clearance.
Support on-site processing without dismantling the whole machine. It replaces traditional workshop lathe processing, greatly reducing maintenance time and cost.
Application Scope
Widely used in excavators, loaders, cranes, agricultural machinery, mechanical frames, lifting lugs, hinge seats, cylinder ear shafts and other round hole wear repair of various engineering equipment.
Suitable for maintenance shops, engineering fleets and outdoor emergency maintenance operations.
Operation Method
- Fix the equipment on the worn hole to be repaired, and adjust the concentricity to keep the machine coaxial with the hole center.
- Start the machine and adjust the feed speed. The tool cuts and bores the inner wall of the hole evenly to smooth the worn and out-of-round surface.
- Bore the hole to the standard size as required, then match with oversize pin shafts to restore normal fit clearance.
- Models with welding function can fill the worn position by welding first, then perform precise boring and reshaping.
