1. Product Overview
This excavator slewing mud scraper is specially customized for SANY SY215 series hydraulic crawler excavators (SY215C, SY215-8, SY215-9). It is installed at the bottom of the turntable/slewing bearing, mainly used to scrape off sticky soil, mud, gravel and sediment accumulated on the chassis, track frame and slewing base during construction operations. Effectively prevent mud caking, sand abrasion and rust corrosion of slewing bearings, walking reducers and chassis structural parts, greatly extending the service life of core chassis components. 2. Base Material: High manganese wear-resistant alloy steel (NM400 wear plate), overall integral forging forming
Heat Treatment: High temperature quenching + tempering process, surface hardness HRC 52-58, strong impact resistance, anti-bending, not easy to crack under muddy, rocky, mining harsh working conditions
Craft: Fully automated robotic full penetration welding, thickened reinforcing rib design, mounting hole one-time precision punching, completely consistent with original car hole position, no secondary drilling required
Surface Treatment: Anti-rust black oxide spraying, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion, adapt to rainy, muddy, coastal high humidity construction environments
