The outer tube of the universal flexible arm is made of stainless steel, while the joints feature a high-quality PVC and fiberglass composite hose reinforced with a threaded steel wire; it offers high-temperature resistance (operating range: -70°C to +250°C; peak: +300°C), corrosion resistance, lightweight construction, and optimal flexibility.
2. The external support structure consists of a self-balancing linkage mechanism (stainless steel) that allows for omnidirectional hovering; by simply pulling the handle on the suction hood, the operator can easily position the hood anywhere within the arm's reach.
3. Arm length can be customized to meet specific user requirements; the arm hovers securely in the desired position to capture fumes and exhaust gases without the need for additional support structures.
4. The suction hood rotates 360 degrees relative to the arm, offering enhanced convenience and flexibility; operators positioned anywhere around the arm can easily adjust the hood to the optimal capture position.
5. The flexible suction arm is compatible with fixed piping systems or dust collection equipment, making it suitable for capturing and purifying various types of dust and exhaust gases in complex operating environments.
