Non-Explosive Demolition Agent (HSCA), also known as Soundless Cracking Agent, Static Crushing Agent, or Expansive Mortar, is a grey powder material with calcium oxide (CaO) as its main component. When mixed with water and poured into pre-drilled holes, a hydration reaction occurs, generating tremendous expansive pressure (up to 120 MPa / 1200 kg/cm²) that silently cracks rock and concrete from within. Unlike traditional explosives, HSCA produces no vibration, no noise, no flying rock, no dust, and no toxic gas, making it an environmentally safe alternative for controlled demolition and precision stone extraction.
The product complies with industry standard JC506-2008 and is classified as a safe ordinary material that can be transported, stored, and used like regular construction materials.

Usage Instructions
Pre-Operation Check: Verify ambient temperature, powder temperature, water temperature, and material temperature are within the selected model range. Inspect packaging integrity.
Drilling Design: Determine at least one free face. Drill holes parallel to the free face. Keep holes in the same plane for cutting applications. Adjust hole diameter, spacing, and depth based on material type, strength, and desired fragmentation.
Mixing: Pour clean water into a mixing container first, then add powder gradually. Mix ratio: 0.24 kg water per 1 kg powder (1.2 kg water per 5 kg bag). Stir thoroughly to achieve a uniform slurry.
Pouring: Pour the slurry into drilled holes immediately after mixing. Compact with a tamping rod to eliminate air pockets. Complete filling before dark or when ambient temperature is below the design temperature.
Post-Pour Monitoring: Do not look directly into holes within 4 hours. Ensure waterproof covering to prevent rain ingress. Cracking typically occurs within 2-24 hours.
Safety Precautions
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Always wear protective goggles and rubber gloves during operation.
Eye Contact Emergency: If powder or slurry splashes into eyes, immediately open eyelids and rinse with clean running water for at least 5 minutes, then seek medical attention promptly. Do NOT go to the hospital first, as this may cause eye burns.
Material Status Check: If the slurry rapidly bubbles or becomes hot to touch during mixing, the material may be expired. Discard immediately; do not pour into holes.
Model Compatibility: Never mix different models of expansion agent, as this may cause blowout or reduced effectiveness.
Storage: After opening, reseal unused powder in a plastic bag to prevent moisture absorption. Dry powder can be reused.
Cold Weather Operation: In low temperatures, cover filled holes with insulating materials (e.g., straw mats). Spray warm water on cracks to accelerate hydration reaction.
Rainy Conditions: Check and remove any water accumulated in drilled holes before filling. Use compressed air if necessary.
